“During the previous freeze Tim came to see why only our kitchen sink pipes froze. We found that for some reason the lines ran against a outside wall that had no insulated. Plans were made to run new lines in the spring. Then we got this freeze period and it became important to do the job now. Tim and his assistant arrived on time. Replaced the pipes in question and removed other useless pipes. While Tim was doing this our outdoor pipe burst and he replaced that as well. Tim is efficient and more than reasonable is his pricing. We are relieved to find a reliable plumber and will most certainly use his services again.”

“My furnace would not restart without a reset after each cycle. I called Cook’s on a late Saturday afternoon. Tim said he would be there within the hour and quoted me a very reasonable price for a weekend service call. He was there in a half hour, evaluated and resolved the problem quickly. While he had the furnace open, he also cleaned all the dust and dirt that had accumulated inside. He did a very thorough job and ended up charging me less than the price he quoted. I will call Cook’s for all future plumbing and heating needs, and would highly recommend them.”
